We own a fleet of vehicles including 15 modern Mercedes ice cream vans and our very special range of fully restored, vintage vehicles. All our ice cream vans serve delicious soft whip ice cream supplied by our Cornish dairy partner, Callestick Farm. All the vans can be supplied ‘ready to go’ in traditional livery or with custom graphics.
Sweet Van Hire is a division of FSC, which is a family run outdoor catering firm established over 40 years ago. We have built a solid reputation over the years for great products, professionalism and for our friendly and reliable customer service. It’s for this reason we are a trusted supplier to many of the country’s most respected events and venues like Wembley Stadium, the British Museum, Glastonbury and Lovebox.
You can rest assured that we operate to the strictest hygiene and safety standards and have been awarded numerous accreditations including ISO 900 and 14001. We are also fully insured for public, product and employer liability.
For many of us, the traditional British ice cream van evokes happy memories of family life and childhood moments. We believe this is one of the reasons our clients are choosing to feature an ice cream van at their own parties – for kids (and more often than not, the grownups!) In fact, it is due to the high demand for such hires that Sweet Van Hire was formed as its own stand alone business.
We are proud to have contributed to the success of private events for decades – from small children’s parties to large weddings and everything in between. Our versatile fleet and range of affordable packages enable us to offer something to suit nearly every event and budget.
And it’s not just our vehicles that we are proud of. We take great care across our entire business to provide healthier, natural products from local British suppliers. Our great tasting soft whip ice cream is made to our own unique recipe by Cornish based Callestick farm from their herd of Friesian cows. We believe this ice cream to be one of the 'freshest tasting' and most delicious in the country. We also offer a range of branded products and special catering options.
Of course the experience wouldn’t be complete without proper uniformed staff so we ensure all our fully trained operators are suitably well presented. For dress up events, we can also organise themed outfits for our team, which has proved an absolute hit at kid’s parties.
